Your Rights and Responsibilities
Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. All rules regarding membership, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are clearly outlined here.
Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the user ("you" or "member") of the 65ok platform and all its associated services ("Services"), and 65ok ("we", "us", "Platform"). By accessing this site, creating an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Membership and Account Registration

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each person may operate only one account at 65ok. If multiple accounts are opened, or if multiple accounts from the same household are operated from the same device or IP address, 65ok reserves the right to suspend or close both accounts and forfeit any balance held in them.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect your account has been stolen or accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
65ok may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents for identity verification at any time. If documents are not submitted within the specified period, the right to temporarily suspend the account will apply. This process is conducted to prevent money laundering and fraud.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds at 65ok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
- When making a deposit, ensure that you are using a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly. In case of a technical issue, please contact support.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals are not possible before the wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, the withdrawal will be held until the investigation is complete.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
65ok offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳8,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳13,000
To receive this bonus, the bonus option must be activated at the time of the first deposit after registration. The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met to make bonus funds withdrawable. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering multiplier: 20x (on the bonus amount).
- Wagering can be completed through sports betting and casino games.
- The entire balance, including bonus funds, cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.
- Bets on certain games may not contribute fully to wagering — contact support for details.
4.3 General Bonus Policy
- 65ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- One bonus cannot be combined with another bonus at the same time, unless specifically stated.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

VIP Program and Cashback
5.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits
The 65ok VIP program has four tiers, each with a set weekly cashback rate:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a higher tier is at the discretion of 65ok and is earned through regular and active participation on the platform.
5.2 Cashback Payment Terms
- Cashback is paid at a set time each week.
- Cashback received may be treated as a bonus and wagering requirements may apply.
- Cashback will not apply if the account is suspended or closed.
- 65ok reserves the right to modify VIP terms.
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
6.1 Permitted and Prohibited Activities
65ok is committed to ensuring a fair and impartial gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Any form of fraud, software hacking, or system manipulation.
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Collusion or coordinated cheating with other players to gain bonus advantages.
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
6.2 Consequences of Violations
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, 65ok may take the following actions:
- Immediately suspend or permanently close the account.
- Cancel suspicious bets and winnings.
- Forfeit the balance and bonuses.
- Cooperate with law enforcement agencies where applicable.
